Gongsaeng Gongsa — Things the Audience May Step On

An installation populated by simple robotic bodies made from vibration motors and plastic straws. The robots move in response to light.

An infrared camera tracks the robots, while their positions and whether they remain active shape live visuals and generate sound. Physical movement, digital imagery and audio form an interconnected environment.
